Summer is here and life is slowly returning to normal. With this in mind, here are the statuses of some of the nearby festivals coming this summer:

On for Festivities:

• • Dayton Pride Parade & Festival – Friday, June 4th and Saturday, June 5th in Downtown Dayton
  • Jewish Cultural Festival – Temple Israel with be hosting on June 11th as a drive-thru event
  • Lebanon Country Music Festival – Friday June 11th and Saturday June 12th on Main Street in Lebanon
  • Celtic Festival Ohio – June 19th, 11am-11pm at Renaissance Fairgrounds in Waynesville
  • Waynesville Street Faire – June 19th, July 17th, August 14th, and September 11th, Main Street in Waynesville
  • Lights in Flight Festival and Fireworks Show – July 4th, 5-10 pm at Riverscape

• Centerville’s Americana Festival – Monday, July 5th on South Main Street in Centerville
• Germanfest Picnic – Friday, August 13th to Sunday, August 15th at Historic St. Anne’s Hill
• St Brigid Parish Festival – August 13th, 14th, and 15th in Xenia
• Potatoes N’ Such: Dayton Potato Festival – Saturday August 14th, noon-8pm at Dayton Courthouse Square
• ARTFest on Main – Saturday, August 28th, 11am-6pm in Springboro Historic District
• Ohio Renaissance Festival – September 4th to October 31st at Ohio Renaissance Fairgrounds in Waynesville
• Kettering’s Holiday at Home Festival – Sunday, September 5th and Monday, September 6th at the Kettering Government Center and Fraze Pavilion
• Dayton Greek Festival – Friday, September 10th to Sunday, September 12th at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Dayton

Cancelled/Postponed until 2022:

• Hamvention 2021
• World A’Fair
• Troy Strawberry Festival – the city of Troy plans to host a much smaller version of the event, called the Strawberry Jam, in downtown Troy on Friday, June 4th from 5-10pm and Saturday June 5th from 10am-10pm
• The Yellow Springs June Street Fair – but, Yellow Springs does hope to host the October Street Fair
• The Banana Split Festival – Wilmington
• St. Christopher Festival – Vandalia
• St. Helen Spring Festival – Originally scheduled June 11-13. Current plans are to host a drive-thru version of the event with food and a raffle.
• Dayton Celtic Festival – postponed until July 29th-31st 2022
